When I think about the peace that only Jesus can provide, I am immensely grateful. On my worst day, I have peace. What a truly sweet gift this is.
Not only do we have peace as believers in Christ but we also have the Holy Spirit as an advocate to help us as we journey through our time here on earth. Thank you Jesus for loving us enough to gift us with peace and the Holy Spirit.
As we enter into this week, my prayer is that we all rest in the gift of peace in the midst of our circumstances. We are not alone because we have the Holy Spirit with us. We do not need to be afraid because our portion is peace, not fear.
“I am leaving you with a gift—peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So don’t be troubled or afraid.”
